Niccccce…yeah man that is definitely a great list I think you left out a few…like Gargamel…Lord Voldemort…Dr. Evil…and HELLO…the most evil dark lord of the sith,Emperor Palpatine…but overall you certainly hit some of the major players of fear…hey have you seen the preview for the new Jim Carrey movie The Number 23…it looks freaky…freaky awesome!
